Ramesh Ved, owner and promoter of ProAct Business Advisory Services, began humble beginning with Castrol India Ltd, after qualifying as FCA, ACS and ACMA and stayed 24 years with Castrol and BP Plc, UK. occupying senior positions and spearheading variety of functions. He moved on to other companies like Welspun, Bombay Dyeing, Everest and ETC India group taking up very senior and higher positions making him Versatile Corporate Leader. After over 36 years of Corporate experience, he moved on to consultancy rendering CFO services. Now moving up to the next level of consultancy of high level and strategic to ProAct Business Advisory Services .

Spearheaded functions like Business Strategies, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Planning & Logistic, Sales & Marketing, Legal and Commercial in Castrol India, BP plc. UK., Welspun, Wadia Group, Everest and ETC India Group and worked in Industries like Petroleum, Steel, Chemicals, Real Estate, Textiles, Supply Chain & Logistics and Agri Commodities.
After corporate roles, moved into Consultancy space and rendered CFO Services in the name of 'Partner CFO' to mid-size firms and corporates. Associated with APMH Moores Rowland Advisory, an International Management Consulting Firm, as Director.
Now moving up to the next level to Business Advisory Services in Consultancy & Advisory space, as “ProAct Business Advisory Services" rendering high end Business Advisory services to Corporates, Firms and Entrepreneurs to cater to varied and complex needs of the businesses to achieve sustainable growth and desired ROI.
